Donating 10% of my commissions to local rental assistance funds

Your closing keeps the community housed!
Who am I?
I'm a licensed real estate agent based in Richland County and I operate a 'purpose over profit' business. My 8 years in the nonprofit sector taught me that a community only thrives when everyone wins. I combine my years of experience in local real estate investing and property management to give my clients a professional, surprise-free experience buying or selling real estate—while pledging 10% of my commissions to local rental assistance funds to help those who need help paying their rent or utilities. When you buy or sell with me, your next move keeps a local family safely in their homes.

EXPERTISE
Buying and selling property can be complicated but they shouldn't include stressful surprises. When you work with me, you get a dedicated professional who will advocate for you. With my expertise, I bring you:
- Market Intelligence: Thanks to my experience as a developer, I understand property value and market data for various types of properties.
- Communication: You will never be left in the dark. I will guide you during each step of the negotiation and translate complicated terms into normal English.
- Empathy: Buying or selling a home is more than a financial transaction; it is a major life transition. While numbers matter, your peace of mind matters more. I promise to prioritize and respect your peace of mind and minimize your stress during this experience.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE
As your Buyer's Representative, we can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself.

sellers REPRESENTATIVE
Selling a house on your own can be a daunting task, but with a trusted real estate professional by your side, it becomes a breeze.
My Core Pillars
1. Heart
Based on my experience, real estate thrives if the community is a desirable place to live. Evictions destabilize communities and people want to live in places they can afford. That's why I pledge 10% of my commissions to help those in need pay for rent and utilities so that they can stay in their homes.
2. Brain
I have bought, sold, and managed dozens of properties across Richland County before I became a licensed agent. This experience has taught me how to financially analyze deals as both a buyer and a seller for both distressed and move-in-ready properties.
3. Process
My experience as an investor has taught me the process of buying and selling properties from the day you express interest till the day you sign the closing documents. I've seen and experienced all kinds of surprises, from dead raccoons in basements to dealing with failed appraisals, I've experienced it all so that you don't have to.
4. NETWORK
This industry is all about who you know. I have spent years building a network of mortgage brokers, contractors, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, and other professionals so that you have a qualified team by your side.
